CIRCLE OF FRIENDS

Dear Friend:
A year ago to the day, a healthy 90-year old
Viola stood in her beloved organic garden,
after feeding the birds and squirrels, her
summer routine for decades. Now, forcibly
confined in a facility for almost a year she cries
herself to sleep
wanting her freedom, missing
her home which
a guardian is planning to sell
(without telling her).
Please help us publicize Viola's case so that
she can have her freedom restored from an
unwarranted and unconstitutionally
appointed abusive "guardian".
Veteran CBS affiliate Andrea McCarren
broke this story of injustice in January, 2011.
Is this "legalized" kidnap and slavery?
Click on the link below:

Viola is being housed in a Maryland facility
against her will 1.39 miles from her home
by a D.C. court appointed guardian who
billed her $35,000.00 in unconscionable,
unnecessary
legal fees last year but refused
to
let her watch cable television anymore, after
30 years of service.

The guardian, currently out of the states on her
second three week international vacation
in a
year, has refused
Viola's repeated requests to go
to the beach
for three summers, now. Viola has
vacationed at the beach for over fifty years. How
can you treat someone like this then bill them
$250.00 per hour, to ignore them? There's no
medical, physical or mental reason that she can
not live at home, have cable television or go
to the beach.

Viola's story was also mentioned in
the Washington
Examiner:
"Too often, death is the only
way out of guardianship gulag".

The guardian, chairperson of the prestigious D.C.
Bar Section on Probate and Estate lawyers
paid another $25,000.00 of Viola's funds to
an unlicensed Maryland Home Care company
operating illegally in the District, which she insisted
on hiring, despite a plethora of available licensed
D.C. companies.

Currently, she has begun eviction proceedings
against Viola's son and "advocate general" in order
to
sell her home paid offthirty years ago, despite
Viola's requests to live at home - scandalous.
  • STOP THE EVICTION IMMEDIATELY
  • REMOVE VIOLA FROM GUARDIANSHIP
  • RESTORE HER ASSETS
  • DEMAND IMMEDIATE INVESTIGATIONS
  • ABOLISH BAD LAWS

While not in agreement with implications of the United Nations
or a "One World "anything, even the first ten articles of the Universal
Declaration of Human Rights (never mind the D.C. Code or U.S.
Constitution) bemoan Viola's treatment!: Click Link United Nations:
